I'm half way through an intensive with the amazing women of Femme Fatale, and here's a clip of one of my homework sessions for this week.
I've come to realize my preference is for moving smoothly, and that popping isn't how I want to represent the music, at all... But it's such a great challenge!
I've been popping for a whole two weeks now lol, definitely a long way to go!
I'm taking a Waving intensive, and one of my exercises was working with ice cream (specifically making a sundae) and stillness... Here's my sunny freestyle. And sorry it's without sound :(
I was having a hard time focusing on a single concept to work with at the end of my practice today. So I decided not to stress about it, and just work with flow in general. Music is (my new fav song) Tincture by Feral Fauna, KR3TURE, Heather Christine
Using the elbow as an engine or movement initiator.
