Each week, you'll be introduced to new phrases that revolve around diverse themes and concepts. The primary objective is to cultivate fluidity, allowing participants to liberate themselves from the constraints of 'perfection' and technique.
These classes run the 3rd, 4th & 5th weeks of the month when classes are in session.
