Boot Camp
We’ll be continuing our work with arm undulations this session by working them alone, as well as adding them to traveling, layering them over movements and working with variations in timing and positions.
Week 1 (04/26/23)
Shimmy warm up, hand waves, isolations in arms, arm undulations with down shoulder, chest circles, rollercoaster arm undulations, play with weight shifts.
Week 2 (05/03/23)
Shimmy, isolations, arm undulations and a combo using the variety of arm undulations we’ve been working this and last session.
Week 3 (05/10/23)
Week 5 (05/24/23)
Arm undulations continued, rollercoaster undulations with a gap between the hands, interior hip circles with a twist forward and backward in the downbeat hip.

Review of most of the arm undulation material and drills we’ve worked this session and last

Working with aspects from my personal practice (snaking shapes and arms). Music: Open Me Slowly by Rena Jones
Week 2 (05/04/23)
Working a stacked wave up (through the spine), forearm circles, footwork with undulations up and a sneaky turn. Done on both sides!
