Week 5 (10/11/23) - Percussive Accents
Week 3 (09/27/23) - Undulations
Week 2 (09/20/23) - Hands and Hips
Hand embellishments, inward wrist twists with shoulder rolls back (tricky tricky), hip movements (3/4 down, forward figure 8’s) and two short but complex phrases to integrate these movements.
Week 1 (09/13/23) - Shoulders and Chest
Shoulder rolls back with inward wrist twists (1st try - we also do this in week 2), huge chest circles (with a frame stance and weight shifts), chest down with full release with belly roll.
