A beginner friendly class working working with contracting the glutes. Glutes are used for hips on the up/down either with other contractions or on their own.

This session has a well rounded practice on hips up for beginners covering single and alternating glute squeezes, stationary and with a single leg base, alternating different timing.
It's got a fun unweighted versus weighted 8 count, alone and with arms, and a transitional 8 count using downward a figure 8 and an interior hip circles.
A slow practice going over the basics of pelvic tilts with some stationary and traveling drills also trying out some arm pathways.
3/4 pattern with hips on the down for beginner and intermediate danvers. If it’s too complicated for you, slow things down!
A slow practice using the obliques for up (and down) hips and downward figure 8's in stationary and moving drills for beginners.
